Shipping Policy

We offer free express shipping on all orders over AU$300 within Australia. 

All Australia wide orders are shipped via Australia Post (Express shipping) and international orders are shipped via Fedex/TNT, UPS or DHL Express depending on the parcel weight and location. Prices are displayed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).

 

Within Australia: 

Orders Below AU$300: $11.00 (AUD) 

Orders Above AU$300: Free Express Shipping

 

Rest of the world: 

International Standard Shipping: Temporarily Paused 

International Express Shipping: $50.00 - $100.00 (AUD) 

 

Shipping Times

Local Express Shipping (Australia): 1 to 2 business days

International Standard Shipping: Temporarily Paused

International Express Shipping: 3 to 7 business days (depending on the country).

Shipment Tracking
We provide the tracking numbers, between 3 days after the order is placed. Once your order has been sent, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. It will contain a tracking number so you can track your order to your door.


Free Shipping Promotions
From time to time, Fashion Boundary runs free shipping promotions. To be notified by email, simply sign up Fashion Boundary newsletters. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page.


Multiple Items
Please note, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one delivery. this will be indicated by multiple tracking numbers on your shipping confirmation email.


Customs Tax
Please note that any extra costs related to import/customs tax are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your own countries policy on importing goods, as we cannot provide this for you.

Delays
Fashion Boundary is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Fashion Boundary is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.


Secure Delivery Address
Fashion Boundary recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your place of employment. We cannot deliver to PO box or parcel locker addresses. Orders to PO box or parcel locker addresses will be receiving an email to confirm a valid delivery address. Fashion Boundary is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels.
