Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
Short answer is no, you don’t have to set up an account. You may checkout as a guest to complete an order without logging in. Any orders placed as a guest require you to manually enter your address and payment information and will not be saved for future reference.
How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email letting you know it’s on it’s way. This will include a tracking link for your parcel, so you can follow its progress.
Can I cancel my order without being charged?
Good question! Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of making the purchase. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel/return an order after it has been completed and dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com.
What payment options do you offer?
We offer MasterCard, VISA, VISA Electron and PayPal forms of payment. After Pay and Alipay will be available soon.
What currency will be my credit card be charged?
All Fashion Boundary Label orders are charged in Australian Dollars (AUS).
Is my personal information kept private?
Don’t you worry! We are very strict with our customer’s data protection. Bank details will be processed by Shopify only. We recommend the PayPal payment option to protect your personal data if you feel unsure. We also comply with all regulations on data protection. Please refer to our Private Policy for more information.
How do I make a return?
Sometimes things just aren’t quite right and we totally get that. If you’d like to make any returns, you have 14 days to send it back to us. Once your return has been received and processed, you’ll be sent a confirmation email to let you know.
How long do my return and refund take?
Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your return to be processed. For more information, please refer to Return Policy.

How you should care for your products depends on the material they are made from. We have detailed guides for different wools and knits, cotton, silk, and linen.
Where do you ship?
We mainly ship to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Japan, China, the UK and Europe, but we offer worldwide shipping to the rest of the world.
How will my parcel be delivered, and how long does delivery take?
Due to COVID-19, our standard shipping service is paused temporarily. All the parcels will be shipped via premium express shipping services. Your parcels will be shipped via Auspost, FedEx/TNT, DHL Express, UPS or Australian Post depending on the weight and your location.
Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
As an international customer, you might need to be prepared for additional costs when purchasing from overseas. Should you require more information about the product you wish to order to avoid returns, the Fashion Boundary Team is always available to assist.
What happens if the product is not as expected, accept returns?
We accept returns of the product within 14 days after receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Conditions apply. Please refer to our Return Policy here.
