Stock and Sizes

Do you only stock women’s fashion?

We currently only stock womenswear however, we have plans to gradually introduce men’s fashion, kids’ fashion, pets’ fashion and lifestyle products for a diverse group of customers globally in the future. 

When will a style be restocked?

Because items we selected are limited production, we can get stock re-arranged dependant whether if the designer/label will reproduce the products or not. In the meantime, please keep an eye on our Instagram (@fashion_boundary) & Facebook (facebook.com/fashionboundary) pages. 


If you would like to purchase any particular items are shown ‘sold out’ on website, please contact with us and see what we can help you to source your loved piece. 

My size is not available on the site, is it still possible to get the item?

No, unfortunately what you see on the site is the only available stock we have. We’re always adding new arrivals though, so be sure to browse our site frequently.

I’m unsure about a size or I have a question. How do I find this information?

Please see our Size Guide here for general information, garment and shoe sizing. If you still have specific questions about the fit or measurements of a style,please email us at info@fashionboundary.com and we'll be happy to help. 

Purchase Process and Payments

How is the purchase process?

It is a simple process, you just have to click on the buy button, on the product page of your interest, please select the colour and size (if applicable), the system will guide you step by step in your process purchase.

How long it takes to process the order?

Once your order is placed, there is a standard processing time of up to 3 business days before the order is shipped out. Please note that the order processing times and shipping times are different.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card, debit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express and Shopify Pay. We will launch Afterpay, Alipay and Wechat payment soon.

What currency will be my credit card be charged?

All Fashion Boundary orders are charged in Australian Dollars (AUS). Contact your bank to learn more about currency exchange rates and fees.

Who is responsible for paying international duties or taxes associated with shipments?

The buyer is responsible for any duties or taxes associated with the shipment. 

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You can shop at Fashion Boundary without creating an account.Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, you must reach out directly to the shipping carrier selected during checkout to resolve delivery issues. You should have your tracking number ready when reaching out to the shipping carrier.

Is my personal information kept private?

We are very strict with our customer’s data protection. Your bank details will be processed by Shopify only and we only need your shipping details. We highly recommend the PayPal payment option to protect your personal data if you feel unsure. We also comply with all regulations on data protection. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Shipping Information

Which countries does Fashion Boundary ship to?

Our current targeting countries are Australia, New Zealand, China and the US, but we offer worldwide shipping.

Shipping is free?

We offer free local shipping and worldwide shipping on all orders over AU$100.

What is the shipping cost for orders below AU$100?

Local Shipping (Australia) AU$10.00 and International shipping AU$20.00. 

What are the delivery times?

Local Shipping (Australia) 3 days and International Shipping 5 to 14 business days (depending on the country). 


Sometimes some delays may arise. Fashion Boundary is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. 

Do you offer some kind of premium service for fast shipping?

For orders over AU$100, We offer DHL express worldwide shipping and will be additional cost AU$25.00.


Express worldwide shipping will take from 2 to 4 business days depending on which country. 

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email to confirm your order and then will receive another email with tracking number and shipping company details after we dispatched your order. 


The tracking numbers will be issued with all orders and will be delivered 3 days after the order is placed. 


Please provide mobile number and email address so our collaborated shipping companies with keep you updated with your parcel.    

Cancellations and Returns

Can I cancel my order without being charged?

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of making the purchase. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order after it has been completed and dispatched.

What happens if the product is not as expected, accept returns?

We accept returns of the product, only within 14 days after receiving the product. 


To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please refer to our Returns Policy @fashion_boundary.
