Alejandra de Coss is a contemporary jewellery label based in the heart of Mexico City. Founded by Alejandra de Coss, her designs stem from a search to create a new definition of luxury, a search that includes applying artisanal techniques as well as new technologies, paying particular attention to the details.
The label works with independent traditional jewellers, with no mass production and a socially responsible set up. de Coss knows everyone involved in our production chain.
The Alejandra de Coss team like to tell a story with each product, making pieces that start a conversation. They believe that when a product has its DNA well defined, it resonates from the moment you see it.
Art is a constant inspiration in Alejandra de Coss collections. The Stabile earrings and choker are the signature designs made in a single-trace gold-plated wire figure, inspired by Alexander Calder's sculptures of the same name. These are standout unique pieces, handmade by local artisans in Mexico City downtown.
The Simone collection is Inspired by the 20th Century French writer Simone de Beauvoir´s feminist phrases handmade in silver or gold-plated. Only two pair of hands intervene in this process, meaning every piece is unique and special.
The Alejandra de Coss woman
